AmberArch Mystery Shopping Jobs
We are currently recruiting mystery shoppers from all areas of the UK and Eire. Mystery shopping jobs involve visiting shops, restaurants and other businesses in your area and posing as a genuine customer. You would be given a set brief to adhere to and then complete a questionnaire-style report online about the service you received. We are particularly interested in recruiting people with the necessary equipment for video mystery shopping.
All of our mystery shoppers must be reliable, observant, focused and have an excellent memory. This is a casual position, payment is made per assignment and will vary according to the brief and the time it will take you to complete. We expect our mystery shoppers to travel and be flexible in their approach to the mystery shopping jobs.
Mystery shopping jobs can be enormously rewarding as well as being fun. You will get to visit shops, restaurants and many other places, where you will be expected to act as a real customer. This is a fun way of earning money, but a good memory, dedication and professionalism are expected at all times.
The benefit of secret shopping for many different companies is to help them improve their customer satisfaction. This can dramatically improve the business, and the role of mystery visitors is to help compile a detailed report which can be used to improve businesses in their staff training and customer service.
